Frequently Asked Questions

Which techniques do you use?
A mix of manual (diversified) and low force (SOT, Activator, cranial work and Thompson drop piece). The chiropractors also utilise a range of soft tissue techniques, rehab exercises and SD Protocol. As we use a wide range of techniques, we are able to tailor your care to suit your needs and preferences.

Are you a bulk billing chiropractic clinic?
Unfortunately chiropractors can't bulk bill. However you can speak to your GP about the EPC program, which, if eligible, entitles you to 5 visits (covered by Medicare) to allied health practitioners, like chiropractors. (Information is correct at the time of publishing - January 2021)

Will I be sore after my first adjustment (treatment)?
Possibly. Restoring movement to restricted parts of the body can lead to a local inflammation response which can cause an ache, similar to going to the gym for the first time in a long time!

Will I get adjusted on the first visit?
Most likely yes. In some cases the chiropractors may need to send for further investigations (X-rays, etc), but mostly yes.

Do you have HICAPS?
Yes, you will be able to swipe your HICAPS card and claim on the spot. This means that you can claim your Private Health Insurance right here - no need to submit claims yourself!

How much is it?
For the first visit, which is a longer appointment, the fees are $100, with subsequent appointments charged at $55. Concession and family rates are available.
